Mmmmm...Autumn Tasties. It is officially Fall...well, not technically, but it sure feels like it, after this Labour Day weekend we had cool temperatures and dark clouds that were allusive to millimeteres of water showering down for the sky. And when it gets this cool and dreary ( although it's nice sometimes to stay under the covers and listen to the pitter patter against the windows ) it's time for comfort food, pumpkins, cinnamon, spice and everything nice. Maple scents, vanilla and clove.
This recipe is sure to have your house smell absolutely heavenly or lack of a better word, like Autumn. This was taken from a great little magazine called Prevention, and their website has a tun more delicious meals that are healthy and clean. So here is a little Autumn Tasty for you.
